"The robe itself is lovely, 5/5. Delivery, however, was super disappointing. Package arrived ripped with the robe exposed and stained with some unknown black substance in multiple places - it almost looked like it was run over at some point in transit ☹️ I absolutely would have returned for a replacement, but it was a gift and arrived right before Mother’s Day - so opted instead to scrub the stains myself then have it professionally cleaned."
