Beautiful but run small

"This is an ongoing problem with Natori. . . the uneven sizing and the lack of exchange policy. I usually take an XS in caftans. Because of previous reviews I ordered a S and I had to return it (at a cost). Although it was received by them a week ago, I am still awaiting my refund. I re-ordered it in a M and it fits beautifully (finally) It is really a shame to have to do so much work for a caftan and. . . I forgot to say that in order to get the discount I received on caftan day (20% off) I had to call Natori and wait for someone to call me back. . . . too much!"

Too small

"I generally wear between a large and an extra large so I ordered an extra large. It’s too small. I haven’t been able to ‘em wear it at all. I think it’s the cut as I own several Natori caftans in large and extra large that fit me. I love the brand but skip this particular one"
