"This review is for the shipping and Customer Service, not the product! I wish I could leave one that didn’t affect the ratings for the product because I never even got a chance to try this on. My order was not fulfilled until nine days after I placed my order, and then shipping took another week and a half so it was nearly 3 weeks before I received this, which I had ordered to wear to two different events, neither of which I was able to, of course. It was returned before I had a chance to try it on because by the time it arrived I had left the location that I had shipped it to after vacationing there for two weeks. Instead of paying to have it shipped from California to New York, I asked my family to please send it back to Natori, so I would not have to pay to ship it across the country. When I reached out to Natori to ask if they would please send me a new one to my home address, but this time to please expedite it and waive the shipping fee, they refused. There was no apology. As a first time, customer, I am disappointed to say the least."

Ugly and poor quality

"my wrist needs to be the size of a soccer ball so that the suit stretches and the pattern is visible, otherwise it looks super ugly. The material also collects all the dust and lint. As soon as I put on the suit, I look like I've mopped the floors with myself. disappointed at the most."
