I love natori, but their exchange and return process is the worst I've ever encountered.

"I purchased several pieces of underwear at the end of January, and discovered the nicer, lacier ones I purchased needed to be a size up. (i'm a size small, with a 28 inch waist, and 38 inch hips) I sent them back, with the pre-paid return postage in early February, and haven't heard anything about my exchange since. They received the items about two weeks ago. So, its been over a month since I actually purchased, and still no items. :( This saddens me to no end, because I love their products, but I will think twice before buying online again."
