Shrunk A Whole Size With Room Temperature Wash!!!
"My first order of the Bliss Bare cotton bikinis was excellent — I loved them so much that I ended up spending another $400 on more. Unfortunately, the second batch was a completely different experience. I washed them exactly the same way as my first set, in lukewarm water, and when I took them out of the machine, more than half had shrunk an entire size. Even stranger, only some pairs shrank while others didn’t. Lukewarm water is basically room temperature, and it has never caused cotton to shrink for me. I was really upset because I could no longer use most of them, and given how much money I had spent, I reached out to customer service. They were not helpful at all. They told me that because I washed them in lukewarm water and “didn’t follow the instructions,” they couldn’t do anything for me. They placed the blame entirely on me and dismissed the issue. If my washing method was truly the problem, then why did only some pairs shrink? The company claims their quality is consistent, but my experience shows otherwise. Purchasing these feels like a wild card, and the inconsistency is unacceptable for the price. Apparently, the company is not interested in keeping lifetime customers or ensuring anyone is happy — they seem perfectly fine watching clients walk away. I learned my lesson and will be looking for a different company for future purchases. I’m quite sure Natori could care less about losing a single customer. I’m out a lot of money, and I regret ever spending so much here."
