"I have used this style for years for gym. The side boning really holds in side flab. However when I needed to increase my band size from 38 to 40 and am a B cup, sorry to see that Natori doesn't offer the style in a 40B. The 40 band was comfortable after squeezing into a 38 for too long, but the C cups were huge and mostly empty. I will use a band expander instead. But many women go up in band size at a certain age without gaining a cup size."

"My favorite bra! These are supposed to be workout bras, but I wear them every day. They fit well, do not flatten your chest, the straps do not fall down, and they provide good support.
