    "I love all of the products in this order, but I was very disappointed with the shipping time. It took more than THREE weeks for the USPS package to arrive—well after we had already left for the conference, for which we had purchased several of these clothing items. Because the order did not arrive in time, we had to improvise and shop locally in the city where the conference was being held. That was an unnecessary inconvenience, particularly given that this was an order of more than $300. I understand that USPS delays can occur, but a delivery time of over three weeks is not acceptable! Natori, I hope you will consider ways to improve the shipping experience for customers. 😟"
