"As a frequent purchaser of Natori I was surprised that sale items are being scaled down in quality. I have purchased dozens of caftans over the years. Pockets and zippers are extremely important as I have severe arthritis . The last 4 caftans that I purchased did not have pockets or zippers. I was told they are sale items hence these very important features to me will not be available on sale items."
