Bad policies

"The Kimono was too small to provide a review but I do want to share the shipping and refund experience. I have a real problem with being charged on something that hasn't shipped. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing the order. The order did not ship for another week or so. And it wasn't until I followed up on to why it was taking so long to ship. Once I received the Kimono, which was too small, I shipped it back and it took almost 4 weeks before I got the credit charged back to my account and that was after several attempt in asking where the credit was. Needless to say, I will not be buying directly from the store. It really irks me that they are charge my account , again before the item ships out and then take forever to give it back. Shouldn't they be giving the credit back as soon as I ship it or the minute I say I'm sending it back. After all, they charge my account before my order hits the warehouse. And since it sits so long in their books, earning interest, when giving the credit back, they should also be giving me the interest they earned on my money."
