"The beautiful earrings arrived broken with no response at all from Natori’s Customer Service Department after repeated tries to report the situation. They did not answer the phone during business hours or answer my email for reimbursement. The earrings were a final sale item, but I don’t think I should have to pay for them if they arrived broken and unwearable. The unresponsive service has been terribly disappointing."
