"5 stars for Flora bras—they fit well and make me feel good. I’d buy 100 if my dresser was large enough. 0 stars for Natori’s truly heinous packaging methods. They have decided to cheap out by shipping STRUCTURED BRAS in FLIMSY PLASTIC BAGS. They pretend to care that the product arrives intact by putting a plastic shaper in the cup, but the plastic is thinner than a water bottle and arrives displaced from the cups it’s supposed to support and crushed/jagged to the point it will actually start fraying the lace and finishing around the wires. Sadly, I cannot find Natori in any brick and mortars in my small city, so I’m going to have to find a new favorite brand/bra line that isn’t so stupid to send lingerie in a bag mailer instead of a box. Do better, Natori."
