"I was disappointed in this PJ set the moment I opened it. I’m a loyal Natori customer and frequent brand promoter—Natori is my go‑to for gifts and for treating myself—so my expectations are high. Unfortunately, the construction on this navy cami set fell short of the quality I’ve come to love. The lace on the shorts was noticeably off‑center, which caused puckering and threw off the whole fit. This isn’t the craftsmanship I expect from Natori. That said, my loyalty to the brand runs deep. I’m returning this pair and reordering the exact same set because I trust Natori and believe this was an exception. After years of loving this brand, they’ve earned another chance."
