How is my gift order packaged?

Your item(s) will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside our signature Natori gift envelope. Every gift includes a gift receipt without prices and the option to add a personalized message.

 

How do I add gift wrap and a message to my order?

  1. On the checkout page, click “Gift Options” next to the item you'd like to gift. A pop-up will appear.
  2. Fill in the recipient's name and the gift giver's name.
  3. Add a personal message (optional).
  4. Click “Save” and close the pop-up using the “X” in the top right corner.
  5. The gift wrap charge will be automatically added to your cart.
  6. Complete your purchase.

 

Is the gift wrap charge refundable?

Charges for gift wrapping and personalized messages are non-refundable.
