Shipping Methods

We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more, shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

Express 2 business days* $24.95

*Express orders must be placed by 12:00 PM ET on a business day. Delivery is 2 business days from the date your order is fulfilled — not the date it is placed.

Orders of $300 or more require a signature upon delivery. Free returns are available on orders over $300.

Most U.S. orders ship via UPS or USPS. Orders containing fragile items may ship via FedEx.

All orders shipping to PO, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only.

  • Fine Jewelry is made to order and ships separately within 5 business days of your order. Lab-grown diamonds ship within 7 business days.
  • Rugs ship separately and may require a longer lead time than standard items.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Please allow up to 3 business days for the package to arrive. Carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered before it has been physically dropped off, and it typically arrives shortly after.

If your order is not received within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of the carrier's delivery date. We cannot resolve unreported delivery issues after 30 days.

Package Stuck in Transit

If your package is experiencing a delay, our customer service team can open a mail search request on your behalf. This process typically takes 3–5 business days before a resolution can be provided. Contact Customer Service to request a mail search.

  • Ground: Order by April 30 at 12:00 PM ET
  • Express: Order by May 5 at 12:00 PM ET

Extended Holiday Returns

Items ordered between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for return through January 15 of the following year.

We ship to most international destinations via DHL Global Express, in partnership with Global-E. Select your country in the navigation menu to shop and check out in your local currency.
