Order Policy
An order may be canceled if it has not been fulfilled. For assistance with canceling an order, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
An order may be modified if it has not been fulfilled. Shipping addresses and products are eligible for modification. Credit cards, billing addresses, gift wrap, and shipping methods are not eligible for modification. For assistance with modifying an order, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Price adjustments will only be honored within 7 business days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be the exact same style, size, and color as the product currently on sale. Price adjustments for sale items from 3rd party retailers will be at the company's discretion.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes or automatic promotions, except for our automatic bundle promotions. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Promo codes may be applied during checkout. If you're shopping on a mobile device, simply proceed to the Payment section of the checkout process, where you'll find the option to enter your promo code.
Promo codes generated through rewards points redemption cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes. These rewards-based promo codes may be used in conjunction with automatic discounts, such as qualifying bundle offers (e.g., underwear mix & match), but are not stackable with any additional promo codes.
Should your order be marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 30 days of the carrier's posted delivery date for a resolution. The Natori Company is not liable for unreceived orders not communicated within 30 days of delivery.

Choose how to sign in
- Use Shop or your email address.
- To sign in with Shop, follow the prompts.
- To sign in with email, just enter your email — no password needed.

Enter your one-time login code
- After clicking Continue, check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Check spam or promotions folders if you don't see it right away.
- Enter the code to complete login.
- View your order history
- Save payment methods (if enabled)
- Update your account info
- No passwords: A one-time code is sent to your email for every session.
- Easy setup: Don't have an account? It's created automatically after code verification.
- Secure checkout: Save payment info if available.
- New design: Login is hosted by Shopify and may look slightly different from the rest of the site.
- Didn't get the code? Check spam/junk/promotions folders and verify your email address.
- Code not working? Request a new one and try again.
- New session? You'll need a new code every time. Codes expire shortly after being sent.
