Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms: The Natori Company is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy and Usage Statement sets forth our current privacy and usage practices with regard to the information we collect about you when you or your computer interact with our website or visit our store. The information is used to enhance your shopping experience and is used to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. By accessing and using www.natori.com, you acknowledge, agree and fully understand The Natori Company’s Privacy & Usage Statement, detailed below, and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this statement. Further, you agree that such policy is subject to all applicable laws and your use of such is undertaken at your own risk.

Information We Collect and How We Use It: The Natori Company collects certain personal information from and about its users to enhance a customer’s shopping experience and to provide better services. We collect this information in at least three ways, including: directly from our Web Server logs, from Cookies, and from Users.

My Account – On natori.com you have the opportunity to create a personal shopping account. This account allows you to check out quicker and easier. When you create this account you are authorizing The Natori Company to store your name, email address and any other information you have included when setting up the account.

Email List – On natori.com you can sign up to receive promotional emails from us. Signing up to this email list can include but is not limited to such information as name, email address, mailing address, telephone numbers, gender, age, birthday and shopping preferences.

Customer Service – Natori.com provides customer service to our customers and our representatives may ask for information such as name, email address, mailing address, telephone numbers and, if you make a purchase, credit card information to better assist you. If credit card information is required over the phone, The Natori Company does not store this information.

Surveys, Sweepstakes & Promotions – There are times on the website when you may be asked to participate in a survey, sweepstake and/or promotion. If you choose to participate, certain information such as name, email address, mailing address, telephone numbers, gender, age, birthday and shopping preferences may be asked. This information is for the benefit of the survey, sweepstake and/or promotion and if you have given your permission, communication may be sent about future promotions.

Use of Personal information: Personal information collected on our website can be used for various purposes including but not limited to:

  • To send communication to customers about Natori products, services, surveys and/or promotions
  • Website and store improvement to enhance your shopping experience

Making a Purchase: We collect personal data from you in order to process your purchase, confirm your order, and ship merchandise to you. This personal data may include your name, payment card information, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth. Natori does not store your payment card information unless you choose to save it in your “My Account” (see below).

Creating an Account: You have the opportunity to create a personal account with Natori, which allows you to shop faster and easier online. When you create a personal account with Natori, we collect personal data which may include your name, payment card information, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth. By creating a user name and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to view and/or edit your profile, address book, payment methods, order history, wish list, and email preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and for controlling access to your account. If you ever use a public computer to visit your account, we strongly encourage you to log out at the conclusion of your session.

Marketing: You may sign up on the Website to receive promotional emails, texts, and other communications from Natori. When you sign up, we may collect personal data such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and preferences. If you elect to be added to the Natori marketing list, we may use your contact information to communicate with you about products, promotions, services, offers, news, and events from Natori.

Customer Service: If you call, email or chat with our Customer Service, we may collect personal data such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and – if you choose to make a purchase – your payment card information and billing address. We use this information to assist you and to process and/or review your transaction. Natori does not store your payment card information unless you choose to include it in your “My Account” (see above).

Surveys, Sweepstakes & Promotions: From time to time, you may be able to participate in surveys, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions offered by Natori. If you choose to participate in these activities, we may collect personal data such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of birth or age, and preferences. We may use this information to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions if you have given us your consent to do so. We may invite you to participate in promotions that are co-marketed with an unaffiliated business partner. If you participate in this type of promotion, we may also share the information you provide to us with our business partner, who may use it if you have provided your consent. If you elect to receive communications from our business partner, your information will be used by that company in accordance with its policies, and this Privacy Policy will not apply to that company’s use of your information. Sometimes the rules, terms and conditions or disclaimers that apply to a particular promotion include information on how we may use the information that you provide to us through your participation in the promotion. Social Media: You may choose to enable, log into, or sign on to Natori social media Website such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter (“Social Networking Services” or “SNS”). When you connect using your SNS accounts, we may collect personal data that you have provided to that SNS. For example, when you log in with your Facebook credentials, with your consent, we may collect personal data from your Facebook profile that is permitted under Facebook’s Terms of Use – such as your email address, profile picture, and friend list. We use this data to provide, enhance, and personalize the services we provide to you. If you do not want us to provide us with this information, please change the privacy settings on your SNS account.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT BY AUTOMATED MEANS

Cookies: Cookies are files that contain information about your general Internet usage, and are stored on the hard drive of your device. Cookies help us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more customized service. They enable us to:

We also work with business partners that use tracking technologies to deliver promotions on our behalf across the Internet. These companies may collect information about your visits to our Website, and your interaction with our advertising and other communications. We may combine the information we collect through cookies and pixel tags with other information we have collected from you. This information may be used to improve our Website, to personalize your online experience, to help us deliver information to you, to determine the effectiveness of our advertising, and for other internal business purposes. We may also use hashed identifiers derived from email addresses for the purposes of cross-device tracking for targeted advertising, in compliance with Nextroll’s Privacy Policy.

 

REMOVAL FROM MARKETING LIST

To be removed from our marketing list, please email us at help@natori.com, or simply click the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of any of the emails that we send you. If you have set up “My Account,” you can also go to the “email preferences” section of your account and modify your subscription settings. Please allow us at least ten (10) business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already be in process before you submit your request.
